What is your order fulfillment ?
You will receive your merchandise within 3-7 business days. Meringueboutiques.com cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you immediately. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
What are my shipping options ?
We use UPS for all online orders. Next day or 2-day service available upon request, rates to be determined. If you have any questions please call one of our meringue team members. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
What is your return policy ?
Store credit within 7 days of receiving your order Shipping charges will not be refunded. The item MUST be returned to Meringue in unworn and perfect condition, original packaging, unaltered or laundered, and must have all the original tags attached. The following items are final sale: sale items, all accessories, jewelry, custom orders, seasonal items, and shoes.
Where do I send my return or exchange ?
All returns require a return authorization number provided by our Customer Service. Please contact us prior to shipping the return. All returns without an approved authorization number not appearing on the outside of the box will be rejected. Once you have received your return approval securely pack, seal and return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Please send your return or exchange to the aforementioned address.
When will my credit card be refunded ?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from meringueboutiques.com. In some cases it may require a full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account, therefore in advance, we thank you for your patience.
